Rezoning Application - 984 West Broadway

Chris Dikeakos Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone 984 West Broadway from C-3A (Commercial) District to a CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposed development is for a 10-storey retail, service, and office use building, with a floor space ratio (FSR) of 5.15, and proposed building height at approximately 131 ft. (40 m). Three levels of underground parking for 126 vehicles is proposed, with access taken from the lane.
This application has been approved by Council at a Public Hearing on March 15, 2011. The conditions having been met, Council enacted By-law No. 11317, CD-1 (618), on July 21, 2015.
