Rezoning Application - 878-898 West Broadway


The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from C3-A (Commercial) to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal consists of two mid-rise hotel buildings (10 and 8 storey) over a 3 storey mixed-use podium and includes:

    • commercial units at grade along West Broadway;
    • 438 hotel units;
    • a proposed floor space ratio (FSR) of 8.29;
    • a floor area of 28,208 sq. m (303,630 sq. ft.);
    • a building height of 43 m (142 ft.); and
    • 554 parking spaces.

This application is being considered under the Metro Core Jobs and Economy Land Use Plan.
