Rezoning Application - 851-951 Boundary Road (Taylor Manor)

Merrick Architecture - Borowski Sakumoto Fligg Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver to amend the existing CD-1 (300), By-law No. 7158 for 851-951 Boundary Road. The proposal is to renovate Taylor Manor, the existing heritage building, and construct a 4-storey addition to repurpose it to accommodate 56 supportive housing units. The renovation and addition will be self contained apartment units with tenant amenity spaces, as well as, staff office space and amenity. The proposal includes a total density on the site of 0.76 FSR (including the existing Adanac Lodge), a height of 3 storeys, and a setback reduction on the west (rear) side to 3.8 m.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on December 13, 2012 and By-law No. 10692 was enacted at a Regular Council Meeting on April 23, 2013.
