Rezoning Application - 8277 Ontario Street
The City of Vancouver has received an application to amend the existing CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District By-law for 26 Southwest Marine Drive. The proposed amendment would add Insurance Office, Health Care Office, Barber Shop or Beauty Salon, Beauty and Wellness Centre, and Laundromat or Dry Cleaning Establishment as permitted uses on site. No changes in built form or density are proposed.
This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on June 3, 2014 and By-law No. 10986 was enacted at a Regular Council Meeting on June 24, 2014.
