Rezoning and Development Permit Application - 785 West 16th Avenue (DE418748)


The City of Vancouver has received an application to amend the existing CD-1 (303) (Comprehensive Development) District By-law to allow for school use.  The proposal includes:

    • school use, to enable the independent secondary school currently located in the ground floor of the 16th Avenue frontage to remain at this location;
    • no expansion or alteration of the existing space occupied by the school; and
    • no change in overall site floor space ratio (FSR) is proposed.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on June 25, 2015. As there were conditions to meet, Council enacted By-law No. 11295, amending CD-1 (303), on July 7, 2015.
