Rezoning Application - 555 Robson Street, 775 Richards Street and 520 West Georgia Street (Telus Block)

The City of Vancouver has received an application to amend the text of CD-1 (525) for 555 Robson Street, 775 Richards Street and 520 West Georgia Street (Telus Block), to:

    • remove the retail use continuity requirement along Richards Street, thereby allowing for a proposed bank and dentist’s office at street level.

No changes are proposed to the existing height, density or form of development. The proposed amendment would be consistent with the retail use continuity requirement of the Downtown Official Development Plan.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on May 26, 2015. Council enacted By-law No. 11234, amending CD-1 (525), on June 9, 2015.
