Rezoning Application - 755-795 West 41st Avenue

iConstrux Architecture Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone 755-795 West 41st Avenue from RS-1 (One-Family Dwelling) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is for a 6-storey residential building, at a total height not exceeding 18 m to the highest habitable floor level from average grade, and approximately, a floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.72 (including 0.25 FSR for market rental).

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on September 24, 2013 and By-law No. 11019 was enacted at a Regular Council Meeting on July 22, 2014 .
