The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 6729-6769 Cambie Street from RS-1 (Single Family Dwelling) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District.  The proposal is for one 6-storey building and six townhouses along the lane, including:

    • 56 residential units;
    • a maximum building height of 22 m (72.2 ft.);
    • a floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.49; and
    • 51 underground parking spaces.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on November 24, 2015.

 

The conditions having been met, Council enacted By-law No. 11582, CD-1 (636), on July 26, 2016.
