Rezoning Application - 650 W 41st (Oakridge Centre) (CD-1 Text Amendment)
Henriquez Partners Architects has applied to the City, on behalf of Ivanhoe Cambridge and Westbank Development, to amend the existing CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District By-law for Oakridge Centre to update the number of CD-1 sub-areas and corresponding height diagrams, clarify floor area exclusions, and update the proportion of family housing to bring the by-law into alignment with the current requirements of the Family Room: Housing Mix Policy for Rezoning Projects.
As part of this application, no changes are proposed to the existing height, density or form of development provisions of the CD-1 (1) District.
