Rezoning applications

 

REVISED Rezoning Application - 6361-6385 Cambie Street

GBL Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone 6361-6385 Cambie Street from RT-1 (Two-Family Dwelling) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is for an 8-storey mixed-use building facing Cambie Street and 2-storeys facing the lane to an approximate height of 29 m (95 ft.). Underground parking is proposed for over 80 stalls.

Changes from the previous submission (dated December 2, 2011) include:

    • a reduction of 70 units to 63 units
    • a reduced floor space ratio (FSR) from 3.56 to 3.29
    • a reduction of 4 townhouse units to 3 units

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on March 14, 2013 and By-law No. 10760 was enacted at a Regular Council Meeting on June 25, 2013.
