Rezoning Application - 564-570 West 49th Avenue
The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 564-570 West 49th Avenue from RS-1 (One-Family Dwelling) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal consists of a four-storey residential building with rooftop amenity, over one level of underground parking and includes:
- 31 market strata units;
- a floor area of 2,629 sq. m (28,298 sq. ft.);
- a floor space ratio (FSR) of 1.95;
- a building height of 19.65 m (65 ft.); and
- 31 parking spaces and 40 bicycle spaces.
The application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.
A community open house was held on Thursday, October 10, 2019 from 5-7:30pm at the Peretz Centre, 6184 Ash Street. City staff and the applicant team were available to answer questions.
This application was approved by Council at Public Hearing on October 6, 2020.
