Rezoning Application - 564-570 West 49th Avenue

The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 564-570 West 49th Avenue from RS-1 (One-Family Dwelling) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal consists of a four-storey residential building with rooftop amenity, over one level of underground parking and includes:

  • 31 market strata units;
  • a floor area of 2,629 sq. m (28,298 sq. ft.);
  • a floor space ratio (FSR) of 1.95;
  • a building height of 19.65 m (65 ft.); and
  • 31 underground parking spaces and 40 bicycle spaces.

The application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.
