Mosaic Langara Holdings has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone 516 West 50th Avenue & 6629-6709 Cambie Street from RS-1 (One-family Dwelling) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is for a residential development including two 6-storey buildings and two 2-storey townhouses over one level of underground parking. The proposal consists of:

    • 128 dwelling units;
    • a floor area of 116,158 sq. ft. and floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.49;
    • a maximum building height of 18.9 m (62 ft.); and
    • 132 underground vehicle parking spaces.

An Open House was held on September 18, 2013 at the Langara Golf Course Clubhouse (6710 Alberta Street) with the applicant team and City staff available to answer questions.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on December 17, 2013  and By-law No. 10934 was enacted at a Regular Council Meeting on May 13, 2014.
