The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 508 West 28th Avenue and 4439-4461 Cambie Street from RS-1 (One-Family Dwelling) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District.  The proposal is for a 6-storey residential building that includes:

  • 65 market housing units;
  • a building height of 22.5 m (74 ft.);
  • a floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.60; and
  • 82 underground parking spaces

The application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on July 8, 2014. The conditions having been met, Council enacted By-law No. 11194, CD-1 (600), on April 28, 2015.
