Rezoning Application - 5030-5080 Quebec Street
The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 5030-5080 Quebec Street from RS-1 (One-Family Dwelling) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is for a 5-storey building that includes:
- 38 market housing units;
- a building height of 65 feet from grade;
- a net floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.3;
- 41 underground parking spaces; and
- 54 bicycle spaces.
The application is being considered under the Little Mountain Adjacent Area Rezoning Policy.
This application was approved with conditions by Council at Public Hearing on February 26, 2015. The conditions having been met, Council enacted By-law No. 11291, CD-1 (615), on July 7, 2015.
