The City of Vancouver has received a revised application to rezone 468 West 33rd Avenue and 4956-4958 Cambie Street from RS-1 (One-Family Dwelling) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District.

The proposal is for two 6-storey buildings that include:

  • 65 residential units;
  • commercial use at grade;
  • a maximum building height of 22.7 m (74 ft.) from grade;
  • a floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.57.

Changes from the previous application (dated July 14, 2014) include:

  • a decrease in total number of units from 68 to 65;
  • an increase in the number of townhouses, three and two bedroom units;
  • addition of townhouse units at grade fronting 33rd Avenue;
  • wider gap between the two buildings.

Please note there has been no change to the proposed FSR or building height.

The application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.

This application was approved by Council at Public Hearing on May 26, 2015.

The conditions having been met, Council enacted By-law No. 11581, on July 26, 2016
