Rezoning applications

 

Rezoning Application - 450 West Georgia Street

The City has received an application to rezone 450 West Georgia Street from DD (Downtown District) and C-5 (Commercial) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District to allow for a 23-storey office building with retail at grade. The proposal includes:

  • public and commercial retail space at grade
  • 34,764 sq. m (374,068 sq. ft.) of office space
  • a building height of 87.2 m (286 ft.)
  • a total net floor area of 34,902.8 sq. m (375,554 sq. ft.)
  • a floor space ratio (FSR) of 15.65
  • 270 vehicle parking spaces and 236 bicycle spaces

This application is being considered under the Rezoning Policy for the Central Business District (CBD) and CBD Shoulder.

The community open house scheduled on Tuesday March 31, 2020 has been POSTPONED due to COVID-19. This page will be updated when more information is available.
