dys architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver to amend the existing CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District to revise the master plan and include a new 8-storey acute care facility in the centre of the site at 45 m in height, and increase the density to 1.05 FSR onsite. This proposal includes Phases 1 through 3 of the Master Plan and sets the stage for the long range redevelopment of the site.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on December 13, 2012 and By-law No. 10871 was enacted at a Regular Council Meeting on March 11, 2014.
