Rezoning Application - 4238-4262 Cambie Street

The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 4238-4262 Cambie Street from RS-1 (Single Family Dwelling) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is for a 6-storey residential building, including:

    • 57 residential units including 5 townhomes;
    • a Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 2.75;
    • a building height of 19.5 m (64 ft.); and
    • 84 underground parking spaces and 77 bicycle parking spaces.

The application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.


A community open house was held from 5:00-7:00pm on Monday, January 16, 2017, at the Holy Name of Jesus Parish (4925 Cambie Street) with the applicant team and City staff available to answer any questions.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on December 12, 2017. The conditions having been met, Council enacted By-law No. 12174, CD-1 (703), on July 24, 2018.
