The City of Vancouver received an application to rezone 4162-4188 Cambie Street from RS-1 (One-Family Dwelling) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is for a 6-storey residential building that includes:

    • 56 residential units;
    • a building height of 19.5 m (64 ft.) from grade;
    • a floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.56; and
    • 66 underground parking spaces

The application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on October 20, 2015. The conditions having been met, Council enacted By-law No. 11504, CD-1 (628), on April 19, 2016.
