Rezoning Application - 3837 Point Grey Road (Jericho Tennis Club)

Proscenium Architecture + Interiors Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver to amend the existing CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District By-law for 3837 Point Grey Road (Jericho Tennis Club). The proposal would increase the floor space ratio (FSR) for permanent structures from 0.29 to 0.36, and air-supported structures from 0.33 to 0.48. There would be no change to height limits. This amendment would permit the expansion of an existing building and tennis bubble.

This application has been approved by Council at a Regular Council Meeting on February 28, 2012 and By-law No. 10796 was enacted at a Regular Council Meeting on October 8, 2013.

Council concluded the public hearing on this application and referred discussion and decision to the Regular Council meeting as Unfinished Business.
