The City of Vancouver received an application to rezone 357-391 West King Edward Avenue from RS-1 (One-Family Dwelling) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District.  The proposal is for a 4-storey residential building with townhouses on the lane.  The proposal includes:

    • 42 dwelling units;
    • a building height of 14.8 m (48.5 ft.);
    • a floor space ratio (FSR) of 1.82; and
    • 48 underground parking spaces.

This rezoning application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on September 16, 2014. The conditions having been met, Council enacted By-law No. 11195, CD-1 (599), on April 28, 2015.
