The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the sites at 3323, 3327, and 3335-3367 East 4th Avenue from the existing RT-2 District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District to allow for a 4-storey senior housing development consisting of:

      • 54 senior housing units;
      • a floor area of 4,954 m² (53,317 sq. ft.);
      • a floor space ratio (FSR) of 1.45;
      • a building height of 12.6 m (41.5 ft.); and
      • 50 underground parking stalls

This application is being considered under the Interim Rezoning Policy for Increasing Affordable Housing Choices. The rezoning and development permit applications for 3323-3367 East 4th Avenue are no longer being processed concurrently.

A community open house was held from 4:30-7:30pm on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at the Bentall Building Meeting Room at 3350 East 5th Avenue with the applicant team and City staff available to answer questions.

This application was approved with conditions by Council at Public Hearing on March 13, 2014. The conditions having been met, Council enacted By-law No. 11163, CD-1 (597), on February 17, 2015.
