Rezoning Application - 3063-3091 West Broadway

The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 3063-3091 West Broadway from C-2C (Commercial) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District, for the purpose of developing a 5-storey mixed-use building. The proposal includes:

    • 70 secured market rental units;
    • commercial uses at grade;
    • a proposed floor space ratio (FSR) of 3.39
    • a building height of 18.2 m (59.7 ft.) ; and
    • 92 underground parking spaces.

This application is being considered under the Secured Market Rental Housing (Rental 100) Program.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on October 20, 2015.

 

The conditions having been met, Council enacted By-law No. 11622, CD-1 (637), on September 20, 2016.
