Orr Development Corp. has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone 3002-3036 West Broadway from C-2C (Commercial) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is for a 5-storey mixed-use commercial and residential building, containing 83 units of for-profit affordable rental housing. A floor space ratio (FSR) of 3.37 and maximum height of 18.5 m (60.7 ft.) are proposed.

The rezoning application is being considered under the Rental 100: Secured Market Rental Housing Policy.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on May 15, 2013  and By-law No. 10841 was enacted on December 3, 2013.
