Rezoning Application - 2810 & 2830 Grandview Highway
The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 2810 and 2830 Grandview Highway from C-1 (Commercial) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District to allow for a six-storey mixed-use building. The proposal includes:
- 57 rental residential units
with 20% of the residential floor area assigned to moderate income households;
- commercial uses at grade;
- a floor area of 7,256 sq. m (78,103 sq. ft.);
- a floor space ratio (FSR) of 3.12;
- a building height of 21 m (69 ft.);
- 41 underground parking spaces (including one car share);
- 111 bicycle spaces.
This application is being considered under the Moderate Income Rental Housing Pilot Program.
A community open house was held on Monday, March 4th, 2019 from 5:30-7:30 pm in the gym at Lord Beaconsfield Elementary School (3663 Penticton St.), with the applicant team and City staff available to answer questions.
