Rezoning and Development Permit Application - 2312-2328 Galt Street (DE418823)

The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 2312-2328 Galt Street from RS-1 (One-Family Dwelling) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District, for the purpose of developing a 4-storey residential building. The proposal includes:

    • 28 secured market rental units;
    • a proposed floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.2
    • a building height of 13.6 m (44.54 ft.) ; and
    • 20 underground parking spaces.

This application is being considered under the Norquay Village Apartment Transition Area Rezoning Policy and the Secured Market Rental Housing (Rental 100) Program.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on October 20, 2015. The conditions having been met, Council enacted By-law No. 11541, CD-1 (632), on June 28, 2016.
