Integra Architects has applied for concurrent rezoning and development permit applications for 2304 West 8th Avenue. The proposed rezoning would rezone this site from RT-8 (Two Family Dwelling) to a CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The rezoning and development permit applications propose to construct a 30 unit four-storey multiple dwelling project including:

  • 10 one and two-bedroom units for people with disabilities operated by the BC Paraplegic Housing Society;
  • 20 units of affordable housing for seniors operated by Kitsilano Neighbourhood House (KNH);
  • a seniors’ resource centre (611.6 sq. ft.);
  • a maximum Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 1.99;
  • a maximum building height of 13.3 m (43.6 ft.); and
  • one level of underground parking accessed from the lane.
