Rezoning applications

 

Rezoning Application - 2220 Kingsway

Henriquez Partners Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone 2220 Kingsway from C-2 (Commercial) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is for a mixed-use development comprised of a commercial podium and three 14-storey residential towers containing a total of 404 dwelling units. The proposed development includes a floor space ratio (FSR) of 3.8 and a building height of 45.1 m (148 ft.).

This application has been approved by Council at a Regular Council Meeting on April 10, 2013 and By-law No. 10827 was enacted on November 19, 2013.
