Rezoning Application - 124 Dunlevy Ave



The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 124 Dunlevy Ave from Downtown Eastside Oppenheimer District (DEOD) to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is for an 11-storey mixed-use building, including:

• relocation of the Evelyne Saller Centre to the site;
• social housing on floors 2-11, with a total of 213 units;
• floor space ratio of 5.96; and
• a building height of 33.9m (111 ft.).

A community open house was held from 5-8pm on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at Roddan Lodge (124 Dunlevy Avenue), Ground Floor Lounge with the applicant team and City staff available to answer questions.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on October 17, 2017. The conditions having been met, Council enacted By-law No. 12241, CD-1 (709), on September 18, 2018.
