Rezoning Application - 1229-1281 Hornby Street
The City of Vancouver has received an application to amend the text of CD-1 (588) for 1229 Hornby Street (One Burrard Place). This is following an approved development permit for sub-area A that incorporates less than the total amount of floor space allowable. The applicant would like to transfer the unused density from sub-area A to sub-area B.
The transfer of floor space is contained entirely within the previously approved form of development, and no changes are proposed to the building’s height or massing as approved by Council.
