Rezoning Application - 1090 West Pender Street
The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 1090 West Pender Street from DD (Downtown) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal would allow for a 31-storey building with:
- 52,430 m² (564,349 sq. ft.) of office space with retail and service uses on the lower two levels;
- 486 underground parking spaces;
- a floor space ratio (FSR) of 18; and
- a height of 122.8 m (403 ft.)
