Rezoning Application - 807 Powell Street

W.D. Fisher Architect has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone 807 Powell Street from M-2 (Industrial) District to I-2 (Industrial) District. The proposal is to provide for an increase in the amount of general office use tenancies permitted, from 25 per cent (M-2) to 33.3 per cent (I-2). The existing building would be retained at a floor space ratio (FSR) of 1.83. There is no intent to create any new floor area as part of this rezoning application.

 

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on June 18, 2013.
