Rezoning Application - 7638-7664 Cambie Street

The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 7638-7664 Cambie Street from RT-1 (Two-Family Dwelling) District to a CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is for a 6-storey building that includes:

  • 34 residential units;
  • a building height of 21.3 m (70 ft.) from grade;
  • a floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.43; and
  • 71 vehicle parking spaces and 49 bicycle spaces.

The application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.

A community open house was held from 5 to 8 pm on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at the Langara Golf Club, 6706 Alberta Street, with the applicant team and City staff available to answer questions.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on November 15, 2016
