Rezoning Application - 6318-6340 Cambie Street

The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 6318-6340 Cambie Street from RT-2 (Two Family Dwelling) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District.  The proposal is for one 7-storey mixed-use building and seven townhouses, including:

    • 50 residential units;
    • commercial space at grade;
    • a maximum building height of 29 m (95 ft.);
    • a floor space ratio (FSR) of 3.25; and
    • 61 underground parking spaces.

A community open house was held from 5:00-8:00pm on Monday, June 1, 2015, at the Peretz Centre (6184 Ash Street) with the applicant team and City staff available to answer any questions.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on December 15, 2015. The conditions having been met, Council enacted By-law No. 11712, CD-1 (648), on December 13, 2016.
