Rezoning Application - 5355-5387 Cambie Street

The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 5355-5387 Cambie Street from RT-2 (Two-Family Dwelling) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District.  The proposal is for one 6-storey building and one 2-storey building with townhouse units at the rear, including:

    • a total of 48 residential units;
    • a floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.49;
    • a maximum height of 21.6 m (71 ft.);
    • 51 underground parking spaces; and
    • 60 bicycle spaces.

A community open house was held from 5:00-8:00om on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at the Games Room in Hillcrest Community Centre (4575 Clancy Loranger Way) with the applicant team and City staff available to answer questions.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on June 25, 2015. The conditions having been met, Council enacted By-law No. 11672, CD-1 (646), on November 15, 2016.
