The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 445 Kingsway and 2935 St. George Street from C-2 (Commercial) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is for a 6-storey mixed-use building that includes:

    • 109 secured market rental units;
    • Commercial use (car dealership) at grade;
    • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 3.69;
    • A height of 23 m (75.5 ft.); and
    • 90 residential parking stalls, 209 dealership parking stalls, 4 loading spaces and 156 bike parking spaces.

This application is being considered under the Secured Market Rental Housing (Rental 100) Program.

A community open house was held from 5:00-8:00pm on Thursday, December 10, 2015 with the applicant team and City staff available to answer questions.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on July 12, 2016.
