Rezoning Application - 2308 East 34th Avenue

The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 2308 East 34th Avenue from RM-7 (Multiple-Dwelling) to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposed development includes:

    • restoration and protection in situ of the heritage building and develop it as a
      2-storey mixed-use building with commercial use on the ground floor and 1 unit of residential above;
    • a new 2-storey townhouse attached to the heritage building;
    • two new 3-storey townhouses fronting on Nanaimo Street;
    • for a total of 4 residential units.
This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on June 21, 2016. The conditions having been met, Council enacted By-law No. 11754, CD-1 (658), on March 7, 2017.
