Rezoning Application - 1890 Skeena Street

The City of Vancouver received an application to amend the existing CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District (125) By-law No. 5060, to allow for an ancillary building located near the east property line. The proposal includes:

  • an increase in floor space ratio (FSR) from 0.30 to 0.36;
  • a reduction in parking from 348 spaces to 320 spaces; and
  • a single-storey 864 m² (9,301 sq. ft.) building to house a range of temple programs customarily ancillary to a religious institution

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on September 16, 2014. The conditions having been met, Council enacted By-law No. 11847 on June 27, 2017.
