Rezoning Application - 15 and 97 East 2nd Avenue (1775 Quebec Street)

 

The City of Vancouver has received an application to amend the existing CD-1 (506) (Comprehensive Development) District By-law to allow an increase to the allowable floor space ratio (FSR) of 279 m² (3,005 sq. ft.). The proposal includes:

  • an addition of 31 m² (334 sq. ft.) to the commercial retail space in the ground floor of the tower; and
  • an addition of 198 m² (2,130 sq. ft.) in the heritage building to allow for a second level of commercial retail space.
