Rezoning Application - 1529 West Pender Street



Quadreal Property Group has applied to the City of Vancouver to amend CD-1 (312) By-law No. 7200 for 1529 West Pender Street to enable the proposed conversion of the existing retail space into office space located on the ground and mezzanine floor levels.

As part of this application, no changes are proposed to the existing height, density or form of development provisions of the CD-1 (312) district. The existing cafe on Nicola Street, townhouses, and residential tower will be unchanged.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on February 20, 2018.
