Rezoning applications

 

Rezoning Application - 1303 Kingsway & 3728 Clark Drive

The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from C-2 (Commercial) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is for a six-storey mixed-use building, consisting of:

    • 53 secured market rental residential units;
    • commercial uses at grade;
    • a floor area of 5,016 sq. m (53,992 sq. ft.);
    • a floor space ratio (FSR) of 3.77;
    • a building height of 22.75 m (74.64 ft.); and
    • 43 underground parking spaces.

NOTE: Due to the drop in elevation from Kingsway north to the lane, the building will appear seven-storeys from the lane.

This application is being considered under the Secured Market Rental Housing (Rental 100) Policy.

A community open house was held on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 from 5-7 pm at the Church of Nazarene, located at 998 East 19th Avenue, with the applicant team and City staff available to answer questions.
