Rezoning Application - 124 Dunlevy Ave



The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 124 Dunlevy Ave from Downtown Eastside Oppenheimer District (DEOD) to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is for an 11-storey mixed-use building, including:

• relocation of the Evelyne Saller Centre to the site;
• social housing on floors 2-11, with a total of 213 units;
• floor space ratio of 5.96; and
• a building height of 33.9m (111 ft.).

A community open house was held from 5-8pm on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at Roddan Lodge (124 Dunlevy Avenue), Ground Floor Lounge with the applicant team and City staff available to answer questions.

At the September 19, 2017 Regular Council meeting, Council referred this application to the October 17, 2017 Public Hearing.
